Inspired by two very raw & honest posts about Social media comparison by Vanessa & Amelia, I decided to make a little reminder for myself. Reading their thoughts about how easy it is to get sucked into score keeping for more likes and followers, comparing yourself to others, it made me realized that I, too, fall into the social media trap. At times I find that I need to step back and remind myself about the amazing community of people and the inspiration they have to offer.20140408-105229.jpg 20140408-105245.jpgI hope we all remember the true meaning of social media and how inspiring & uniting it can be, if we choose to see it that way. I’m making these available as free printables. (Click on a photo, then right click and save. They’re currently 4″x6″ but can be trimmed down further. Personal use only please.) Don’t forget to tag me on Instagram @PaintPaperStudio, I would love to see how you use them 🙂

Love this post, love the freebies! This is something I do and try very hard not to. But it’s hard not to compare ever now and then. When I am finding I am doing it more than I should that is often when I walk away and often when I am most inspired?! Makes sense really, right?
