What do you know? It’s another Thursday, another Get Messy installment. So let’s get right to it!
My first page consists of some gesso, watercolours (I know, I know) and that adorable rub on of an octopus. (some of my kind Instagram friends thought I drew him when I posted a sneak peek of the page. Too sweet, you guys. I assure you I’m that good at drawing and he is from SMASH book accessories series. Thank you anyway 🙂 )
Second page is actually a spread consisting of two pages but it’s meant to go together as one. A few weeks back I had the honour to be on Caylee’s Hello Lovely feature, where she interviews you using creative questions with one and only one rule- you can’t type any of your answers. This was one of my answers and after submitting it for her blog post I knew I wanted to scrapbook/art journal it in some way. And so I did, adding some washi, paint and photos along. If you would like to read my whole interview and find out my superpower and why I create things, you can find it here.
That’s it for this week, guys. Check back next week where we FINALLY reveal our interpretations for Caylee’s prompt for August 🙂
